 Asylum Justice
Asylum Justice is the only charitable organisation in Wales, and one of only two operating in the United Kingdom, offering free legal advice and representation to asylum seekers, recognised refugees and other vulnerable migrants.

No other organisation provides this service in Wales and consequently Asylum Justice is the last and only place that people can turn to for help when they fear for their lives or the safety of their family in their country of origin.

In addition, Asylum Justice provides free legal representation to other migrants pushed to the margins of society, such as women previously trafficked to the UK or who are victims of domestic violence.
We represent this group in applications to obtain legal status in the UK, an area of law no longer covered by legal aid.
You can leave us a message to request one of our team calls you back here: 029 2049 9421.

Meanwhile, more than 100,000 people visited our Advice Online pages for help.

Through our campaigning, research and policy work we influence the legislative agenda relating to housing and homelessness in Wales, while our education service aims to prevent homelessness by working with young people and providing detailed teaching and learning resources.

 SHARE TAWE
WHAT DOES SHARE TAWE DO?

We find accommodation and support in local homes for asylum seekers in desperate need.
The people we help have been evicted from their accommodation, have no money, and are not allowed to work.

The Government has said they have exhausted legal channels in their asylum claim, they can no longer be supported by the Home Office, and must return to their country – a terrifying prospect.

With a safe place to stay and our experienced support, many go on to prove their right to stay in the UK and build a new life here.

We are seeking to create a larger network of supporters – volunteer hosts, fund-raisers, and other volunteers.
